Indian Super League club, Odisha FC are all set to sign former FC Goa striker and last season's joint Golden Boot winner(14 Goals) Igor Angulo. Igor have played an important role in the qualification of Goa to the semi's and was a perfect replacement for Corominas, who left the club before last season.
Odisha,who have finished in the bottom position last season with only 2 wins out of 20 matches are now trying to sign the best players from the market. Spanish legend David Villa was also appointed by the management as their Head Of Global Football Operations.
According to sources, Igor Angulo are ready to join the club and will sign agreement once they are clear with taxes and salary. Odisha's last season's top scorer Diego Mauricio will be leaving to Qatar as reported by Marcus Mergulhao.
Angulo have formerly played for Athletic Bilbao(Spain), AS Cannes(France), Enossis Neon Paralimniou(Cyprus), Apollon Smirnys(Greece), FC Platanias(Greece) and Gornik Zabrze(Poland).
